Angel Food Ministries selling boxes at the Greenfield Church of Christ

The Greenfield Church of Christ is an authorized host site for Angel Food Ministries, with Holly Requardt serving as the director. Angel Food Ministries in a non-profit, non-denominational organization dedicated to providing food relief to communities. The cornerstone of the ministry is to offer a hand up and not a hand out as a way to give to others. The food program was founded by Joseph and Linda Wingo while they were serving a church in Monroe, Georgia.
There are several boxes of food items to pick from. These boxes sell at a much lower price than the retail price found in most grocery stores. You can order any amount of boxes that you wish. An example of some of the boxes for Dec. are as follows:

2 lb. New York Strip steaks
1.5 lb boneless pork roast
1 lb. chicken breast fajita strips
1 lb. ground beef
1.5 lb. all white meat chicken tenders
1 lb. bake or fry fish sticks
1 lb. hickory smoked center cut ham
1 lb. frozen baby lima beans
1 lb. frozen green beans
2 lb. french fries
2 lb. bag fresh apples
10 ct. flour tortillas
32 oz. 2% shelf stable milk
dozen eggs
dessert
All of this for just $30.00!
There are senior and convenience meals for people on the go, there is allergen-free food boxes, special meat boxes, and fresh fruit and veggie boxes. All for a much lower price than retail.
There is a different menu every month, although the prices stay the same.
Orders can be placed at the Greenfield Church of Christ from now until December 6. You can come to the church (enter at the Edgewood Ave. door) and place your orders from 9 am-12 noon Mon-Fri. All orders placed are paid with cash or food stamps. You may also go online to angelfoodministries.com and place your order, paying with a credit or debit card.
Order pickup date for December is Dec. 12 from 11 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. at the Greenfield Church of Christ fellowship hall.
