Adena Physicians Present Donation

To make seating a little more comfortable, a group of physicians at Adena Medical Center joined together to purchase new furniture units for families and guests of patients at Adena's Same Day Surgery Unit in Chillicothe.  The chair and table combination units are a welcome addition and much more comfortable than the individual side chairs
they replaced.  According to Sheila Benson, RN, Supervisor of Adena's Same Day Surgery Unit, the new furniture has definitely made a positive impact on the satisfaction level of patients and visitors with much appreciation expressed to the physicians for their generous donation.

Pictured with one of the new units are the physicians who made the donation, including, left to right, James Fleming, Jr., MD, Herbert Sinning, MD, Brian Cohen, MD and Fred Lee, MD.  Pictured at right is Ralph Metzger, Executive Director of the Adena Health Foundation, the fundraising arm of Adena Health System.
