For the first time since the beginning of President Obama's first term in 2009, the price of a gallon of gasoline has dipped below $2 in southern Ohio. Hirns Corner gas station and general store in Bainbridge at the corner of U.S. 50 east and S.R. 41 south, was selling gasoline for $1.999 a gallon on Friday, Dec. 26.
