2013 Festival of the Bells pedal tractor pull winners: WATCH VIDEO

Participants as young as 2 competed in the 2013 Festival of the Bells pedal tractor pull Friday evening at the Highland County Courthouse square, sponsored by Turner Funeral Homes.

The winners were:

Class 1 (5 and under): Heath Flint of Hillsboro;

Class 2 (6-7): Logan Fenner of Peebles;

Class 3 (8-9): Kenneth Hopkins of Hillsboro;

Class 4 (10-11): Seth Beatty of Hillsboro;[[In-content Ad]]

Class 5 (12-13): Nathan Spencer of Hillsboro;

Class 6 (14-15): Brooks Brown of Ft. Thomas, Ky.;

Class 7 (16-17): Jake Lindsey of Lynchburg;

Class 8 (18+ men): Justin Cluxton of Ripley; and

Class 9 (18+ women): Savanna Davis at Bainbridge.
