The following is the Hillsboro Police Report for Oct. 19-21.

Oct. 19

Arrests/Citations

Delbert Morrow, 82, of New Vienna was cited for failure to yield right of way.

Jordan Applegate, 32, of Peebles was cited for traffic control device.

Jerica Heairld, 28, of Hillsboro was arrested for failure to appear.

Oct. 20

Arrests/Citations

Lee Ann Newland, 45, of Hillsboro was cited for speed.

Sarah Bryant, 36, of Sardinia was cited for failure to yield right of way.

Wesley Magee, 38, of Kentucky was cited for speed.

Brad Kelch, 45, of Hillsboro was cited for driving under suspension and expired tags.

Crashes

A report was received of a traffic crash that occurred in the 500 block of Harry Sauner Road. After officer’s investigation, it was determined that a vehicle operated by Sarah Bryant of Sardinia was pulling out of the Walmart parking lot and allegedly struck a vehicle operated by Kai Rickman of Hillsboro. Functional to disabling damage was reported. No injuries were reported. A citation was issued.

Oct. 21

Arrests/Citations

Randy Knisley, 60, of Hillsboro was cited for expired tags.

Kelton Miller, 20, of Leesburg was cited for no operator’s license.

Tyler Moore, 36, of West Union was cited for speed.
