Hillsboro Police Report
The following is the Hillsboro Police Report for Dec. 18-22.
On Dec. 18 at approximately 4:14 p.m., the Hillsboro Police Department responded to North High Street near Collins Avenue for a report of a two-car crash. Upon arrival, Odin Mason, 21, of Hillsboro and Shari Rinehart, 61, of Bainbridge were both stopped at the stop light in the left turn lane facing southbound on North High Street at Collins Avenue when Mason allegedly reversed into the front end of Rinehart. No injuries were reported on scene. Mason was cited for improper starting and backing.
Dec. 19
On Dec. 19 at 6:49 a.m., the Hillsboro Police Department responded to the 100 block of West Josie Avenue for a report of a to a two-car crash. Upon arrival, Donald Storer, 62, of Hillsboro was backing from a private driveway and allegedly backed into an unoccupied car parked on the street. No injuries were reported on scene.
Robert Boltenhouse, 57, of Blanchester was cited for driving under suspension and fictitious tags.
Derrick Rose, 47, of Cincinnati was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
Dec. 20
Kyle Hamor, 34, of Winchester was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
Chase Williamson, 27, of Hillsboro was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
Jeremiah Rigg, 37, of Hillsboro was cited for driving under suspension.
Dec. 21
Donald Holt, 39, of Bainbridge was arrested on outstanding warrants and cited for driving under suspension.
On Dec. 21 at approximately 10:51 a.m., the Hillsboro Police Department responded to the 200 block of North High Street for a report of a male allegedly causing issues at a business. Upon arrival, officers made contact with Jason Huffer, 39, of Hillsboro, who has been trespassed from that property. Huffer was arrested for trespassing and transported to the Highland County Justice Center.
Dec. 22
James Gragg, 57, of Hillsboro was cited for shortcutting across private property.
