The following is the Hillsboro Police Report for Oct. 3-4.

Oct. 3

Arrests/Citations

Jody Blankenship, of New Vienna, was cited for failure to control.

David Grover, of Hillsboro, was cited for failure to control.

Kylie Darbyshire, of Leesburg, was cited for traffic control device.

Oct. 4

Arrests/Citations

Kristi Daugherty, of Hillsboro, was cited for physical control.

Charles Derr, of Sardinia, was cited for two counts of open container and disorderly conduct by intoxication and arrested for public indecency.

Tristen Nelson, of Hillsboro, was arrested for aggravated menacing.

Traffic Crashes

A report was received of a pedestrian who was struck by a vehicle while walking on North West Street near Fairground Road. The 15-year-old female was transported to HDH with non-life-threatening injuries. The incident remains under investigation.
