The following is the Hillsboro Police Report for Sept. 13-15.

Dalton Aubry, 22, of Mt. Orab was cited for disregard of safety.

Ibrahim Abdullahim, 24, of Columbus was cited for right-of-way when turning left.

On Sept. 13 at approximately 11:28 a.m., the Hillsboro Police Department responded to a business in the 1400 block of North High Street for a report of alleged theft. After further investigation, Justice Keen, 20, of Seaman was arrested for theft and transported to the Highland County Justice Center.

On Sept. 14 at approximately 7:52 p.m., the Hillsboro Police Department responded to the 100 block of East Walnut Street for a report of a two-car crash. Upon arrival, Megan Mullinex, 29, of Hillsboro was exiting an alleyway traveling southbound in the 100 block of E Walnut Street while Joseph Rickett, 32, of Hillsboro was traveling westbound in the 100 block of East Walnut Street. Mullinex’s front passenger side bumper allegedly struck Rickett on the passenger side rear quarter panel. No injuries were reported on scene. Mullinex was cited with right of way through highway, and Rickett was also cited for driving under suspension.
