The following is the Hillsboro Police Report for Aug. 17-19.

Adam Robinson, 38, of Hillsboro was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

On Aug. 17 at 2:51 p.m., the Hillsboro Police Department responded to the 100 block of South High Street for a report of a two-car crash. Upon arrival, Michelle Easter, 48, of Greenfield was stopped at a red traffic signal in the right turn lane on South High Street waiting to turn right onto East Main Street. Carmen Donsante, 47, of Winchester was adjacent to Easter in the straight lane. When the traffic signal turned green, Donsante allegedly began to turn from the straight lane while Easter allegedly started a right-hand turn, causing them to collide while both were turning. No injuries were reported on scene. Donsante was cited for driving in marked lanes.
 
On Aug. 19 at 9:29 p.m., the Hillsboro Police Department received a call of a male allegedly urinating in public and yelling at cars. After further investigation, Robert Hawks, 43, was arrested for indecent exposure and cited for public intoxication and was transported to the Highland County Justice Center.
