Charles Miller, of Hillsboro, was arrested for failure to appear.

Offenses/Incidents

A report was received of a theft that occurred in the 300 block of John Street.

June 17

Arrests/Citations

Andrew Smith, of Hillsboro, was cited for failure to file registration.

Offenses/Incidents

A report was received of a theft that occurred in the 90 block of Willettsville Pike. The incident remains under investigation.
