The following is the Hillsboro Police Report for May 30-31.

May 30

Traffic Crashes

A report was received of a two-car crash that occurred in the intersection of South Elm and West Main Streets. After officer’s investigation, it was determined that a vehicle operated by Aubrie Gillman of Hillsboro was traveling into the intersection when a vehicle operated by Ivan Moore of Hillsboro allegedly failed to stop for the red light, striking the Gillman vehicle and pushing it into a light pole. Disabling damage was reported to both vehicles. Gillman and a passenger in her vehicle, Gabriel Fisher, had to be extricated by mechanical means from the vehicle, and both were transported to area hospitals by air ambulance. Moore was issued a citation.

Arrests/Citations

Gregory Martin, of Hillsboro, was arrested for failure to appear.

Adam Robinson, of Hillsboro, was arrested for failure to appear.

Rachel Slack, of Chillicothe, was cited for speed.

Meghan Huffman, of Russellville, was cited for speed.

Anastasia Iiames, of Batavia, was cited for speed.
