Hillsboro City Council to hold special meeting March 21

A special Hillsboro City Council meeting will be held March 21 at 6:30 p.m. at 130 North High St., Hillsboro.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss ODOT pedestrian crosswalk legislation.
