    The city of Hillsboro this week sent an invoice to the Hillsboro Uptown Business Association for $315 for police services related to the 2014 HUBA Holiday Parade. In a Dec. 9 letter to HUBA, Hillsboro Police Chief Todd Whited said the billing was for traffic coverage during the parade.
