Ohio Natural Energy Institute recognized by Building Bridges to Careers

The Ohio Natural Energy Institute was recognized by Building Bridges to Careers (BB2C) at their 10th Annual Education After Hours event where businesses, educators, and community members came together for a night of communication and camaraderie.

ONEi was recognized for their participation in BB2C’s Annual Family Career Fests. From BB2C, “Shawn Toy and her team have been a driving force in career exploration! They have sponsored both our 2024 and our upcoming 2025 Community and Career Connected Learning Summits, presenting at numerous events and schools, and organizing engaging field trips. Their continued support has created countless opportunities for students and educators.”

BB2C connects education and employment by fostering school, business and community relationships to inspire career choice through experience, entrepreneurship, and education. Their work is centered on Community and Career Connected Learning which is a learning system integrating community partnerships and career awareness into experiential, place-based learning.
