Wanda P. Robinson

Wanda P. Robinson, 83, of Hillsboro, passed away peacefully Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at The Laurels of Hillsboro.

She was born Dec. 8, 1939, at home in Boston, Ohio, the daughter of the late Luther Roscoe Dillon and Marie (Pawley) Dillon.

Wanda retired from Robertshaw Industries in Hillsboro, and she was a member of the VFW Post 9094 Auxiliary. She loved her family and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be greatly missed.

Wanda is survived by two children, Ginny (Richard) Brown of Hillsboro and Donald Dillon of Chillicothe; three grandchildren, Michael (Tiffany) Brown, Ashley Becker and Courtney (Justin) Fisher; six great-grandchildren, Riley Brown, Logan Brown, Mason Fisher, Avery Fisher, Brenley Paige Becker and Lincoln Becker; six stepchildren, Gary (Jerry) Robinson of Xenia, Karen (Thane) Stewart of New Vienna, Larry (Darlene) Roades of Hillsboro, Jerry Roades of Hillsboro, Tony Roades of Sabina, and Joy (Danny) McCoy of Springboro; a sister, Kate Hilterbran; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Arnold Lee Robinson; four brothers, David Dillon, Junior Dillon, Francis (Betty) Dillon and John Dillon; five sisters, Ruth (Richard) Cox, Jane Champagne, Delores Varley, Marilyn (Dick) Huddleston and Carolyn Miller; and a stepchild, Nancy Fulkerson.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 27, 2023 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Turner & Son Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Funeral service will take place following visitation Tuesday, June 27 at 1 p.m. Burial will follow services in the Resthaven Memory Gardens.
