A Highland County grand jury handed down eight indictments, including charges against a man accused of striking a Highland County Sheriff’s deputy head-on during an April crash, during their Aug. 4 session.
A Bloomingburg man was sentenced to community control recently after pleading guilty to having weapons under disability in Highland County Common Pleas Court.
Lisa Frost of Bloomingburg has been named accounting coordinator for Ohio Farm Bureau. In her new role, she will provide general business support, payroll and accounting functions and activities.
