Hillsboro boys wrestling team 6th at Hickory Grove Invitational

The Hillsboro boys wrestling team traveled to Warren High School, Saturday, Dec. 16 to compete in the Hickory Grove Invitational.

The event consisted of 22 schools battling on the mats.

Hillsboro earned 122.6 points, placing them at sixth place in the invitational.

Congratulations to:

• Kylan Brown, 1st place at 132 lbs.;

• Ryan Burns, 1st place at 157 lbs.;

• Mathias Hostetler, 5th place at 175 lbs.;

• Gary Reno, 2nd place at 190 lbs.; and

• Ian Lawson, 4th place at 285 lbs.
