Hillsboro boys soccer ties Western Brown; HHS girls fall to Lady Broncos

The Hillsboro Indians boys soccer team tied with the Western Brown Broncos on Thursday evening (Aug. 20) with a 3-3 score at Kibler Stadium in Mt. Orab. 

Goals for the Indians were scored by junior Aiden Thomas, junior Easton Inman, and freshman Judd Mckenzie. 

Assists were credited to Inman, freshman Michael Epure and sophomore Tyler Bender. 

HHS sophomore Owen Davis finished with six saves. 

The Indians now have an overall record of 1-1-1 this season. 

Next for HHS is a home match on Monday, Aug. 24 at home against the North Adams Green Devils at 5 p.m. 

Also on Thursday, Aug. 20 the Hillsboro Lady Indians lost to the Western Brown Lady Broncos by a 6-0 score in their non-conference contest. 

The HHS girls are scheduled to play next on Monday, Aug. 24 at home against the North Adams Lady Green Devils at 7 p.m.
