McClain boys swimming repeats as FAC champions; McClain girls swimming gains FAC 3-peat as champions

The McClain Tiger Sharks boys swimming team repeated as Frontier Athletic Conference champions on Monday, as they dominated the conference championship meet while also going undefeated in the regular season. 

McClain won the FAC with a score of 390 in the championship meet on Feb. 2, and next was the Hillsboro Indians as FAC runner-up with a score of 340. 

In third place for the boys was Chillicothe (256), followed by Miami Trace (92) and Washington (7).

In the girls FAC championship meet, the McClain Lady Tiger Sharks won with a score of 343 for the first-place finish and the 3-peat. 

Chillicothe was the FAC runner-up in the girls meet with a score of 278, and the Hillsboro Lady Indians placed third overall with a 274 score. 

Miami Trace was fourth place in the girls standings with a 146 score, and fifth place was Washington with a 55 score.
