Indians 3rd, Tigers 4th at FAC No. 4 event

The fourth Frontier Athletic Conference boys golf match took place on Monday (Aug. 19) at the Hillsboro Elks Golf Course where the Chillicothe Cavaliers left the links as the team winners.

Chillicothe won with a score of 162, followed by Jackson in second place with a team score of 169.

The Hillsboro Indians placed third overall, carding a 177, followed by the McClain Tigers in fourth place at 181.

Washington was fifth place with a 191 score, and Miami Trace totaled a 193 score.

Individual scores for the Indians were: Conner Kelch (41), Jack Cornele (43), Tate Davis (45), Logan Barton (48), Logan Zurface (50) and Walker Pence (51).

The Tigers’ individual scores included: Zane Adams (40), Carson Chandler (45), Carter Nelson (46), Jeremy Webb (50), Leland Ewry (53) and Connor Chandler (53).
