McClain hosts Miami Trace in dual track meet

The McClain boys and girls track & field teams hosted the Miami Trace Panthers in a dual track meet at McClain Field where the McClain girls team was first place and the McClain boys were second place. 

Below are the first-place finishers for the Tigers boys and girls track & field teams:

BOYS

Emerson Yates (shot put)

Michael Stevenson (discus)

D.J. Frost (100m) (400m)

TD Matesic (200).

GIRLS

Lily Barnes (shot put)

Luca Matesic (long jump)

Lily Barnes (discus)

Becca Bergstrom (pole vault)

Mylie Lovett (high jump)

The 4x800m team of Kaityn Jett, Brooke Baldwin, Katrina Sturgeon and Sierra Barton

Brenna Wright (100m)

Luca Matesic (100m)

The 4x100m team of Ryan Butterbaugh, Brenna Wright, Katie Cook and Luca Matesic

Ryan Butterbaugh (300m hurdles)

Kaitlyn Jett (800m).
