Mark Hamon joins Merchants National Bank

Merchants National Bank (MNB) announced that Mark P. Hamon has joined its residential lending team in Athens County.
Mark graduated from the University of Rio Grande with a bachelors degree in economics and finance, and an associates in business management from Hocking College Ohio School of Banking. An Ohio native, Hamon has a deep connection to the community and understands the need that community banks like MNB help fill.
Hamon brings a total of 25 years of banking experience to the MNB team. He served as VP for Hocking Valley Bank for eight years, Branch Manager III for 10 years at U.S. Bank, and Bank Manager at National City Bank for seven years.

Hamon is active in the community and belongs to the local rotary. In his free time, Hamon enjoys yard work, golf, and spending time with his wife Lorrie and their two sons Cameron and Conner.
