The Lynchburg Lions Club held its regular dinner meeting Sept. 9 at the Lions Club building in Lynchburg. Following the meal, the club heard presentations from District Governor Brad King and First Vice District Governor Rachelle Powers.
These two Lions members are the highest ranking officers in District 13-OH6. Lion King is from the Bellbrook Lions Club, and Lion Powers is from the Mad River Club.
Both did an excellent job of updating the Lynchburg club about district, state and international Lions events and service projects. The Lynchburg Lions Club was honored to host these great Lions officers.
Following the governors’ presentations, the club conducted a variety of business items and discussed plans for service projects in the coming months.
