Disability Rights Ohio holding annual Duck Derby fundraiser
Let’s get quacking and win some cash. On Sept. 25, Disability Rights Ohio’s will once again launch 1,000 little rubber duckies down the Muskingum River in Marietta as part of its 4th annual Duck Derby fundraiser.
Money raised benefits DRO initiatives focused on Ohioans living with disabilities, a cause we can all support.
It’s just five dollars to sponsor a duck. The owner of the duck that floats over the finish line first wins $500. The second-place winner receives $100. And while we welcome people to come cheer on their ducks, you don’t need to be present to win. People can buy their duck online at https://www.disabilityrightsohio.org/duck-derby .
Disability Rights Ohio’s (DRO) mission is to advocate on behalf of Ohioans living with disabilities.
