The most falsehoods?

After the debate on June 27, there were lots of comments about Biden’s performance, but all such commentaries seemed to end with “but Trump had lots of falsehoods.” I guess “falsehoods” is hoped to keep writers from being sued by calling people “liars.”
I’ll respect that convention.
Of course, such statement blithely ignores Biden stating that no military people have died during his presidency and other falsehoods he uttered.
But while we are counting falsehoods, let’s not forget the press secretaries (Jen Psaki and Karine Jean-Pierre) as well as the entire White House staff, Biden’s 2020 and 2024 election committees and the whole complicit mainstream media cadre.
It became quite clear Thursday evening that they have all been spreading falsehoods about Biden’s mental acuity for four years now.
We knew it before, any grandchild over the age of 4 could see that Grandpa Joe isn’t what he used to be, but these people kept telling us that behind closed doors he was sharp as a tack. Except he wasn’t and now it is clearly out in the open for all to see.
And this string of falsehoods has left our country in a precarious state of vulnerability.
What do you do if you are Russia? What do you do if you are China? What do you do if you are Iran? What do you do if you are North Korea?
Invoking the 25th Amendment and replacing Biden with Harris, even if one could get it done, does not leave us in a position of strength for the rest of this term of the presidential office.
Four years ago, the Democrats were only practicing tactics when they should have been strategic. What was their plan after Biden? They were so blinded with rage to get rid of Trump they couldn’t see further than the end of their nose.
It leaves one wondering what else are they hiding, for it is not Trump the human that bothers them, it is what Trump the human might do. And trust me, it is not what he might do to you or me, it is what he might do to the Democrats and their liberal machine that has them so upset.
We are in one of those great pivot points the inanimate U.S. Constitution exercises every generation or so, resulting in keeping us in the middle of the road. The Supreme Court, speaking for the Constitution, takes the wheel and steers us out of the ditch. It just happened again. The last week of June was remarkable at the Court. The cherry on top was their presidential immunity decision on July 1.
And by the way, the Supreme Court is not just a 6-3 decision body. Politico had an article on June 2, “Using Math to Analyze the Supreme Court Reveals an Intriguing Pattern,” which points out that the Court can be more nearly thought of as a 3-3-3 grouping. Overall, all the Justices align with the others no less than 61% of the time.
The media have been complicit in hiding the condition of the president before – the case of FDR’s inability to stand by himself comes to mind. But never in the modern age of cameras and microphones everywhere have they done so to such an extent since – until Joe Biden came along.
Happy Fourth of July. Our country still stands.

Another blatant falsehood
With all his diminished capacities, Biden didn't miss yet another opportunity during the debate to claim his son was killed in Iraq. Many Veterans are getting sick and tired of this obvious false political posturing. Joe is trying to get sympathy with this false anecdote. He'll bring it up while visiting wounded servicemen, or when he's supposedly consoling families of men and women who actually were killed in some far-off foreign land. Beau Biden died in Bethesda, Maryland; about six years after he left Iraq. Beau was a National Guard JAG officer. There is no proof that a possible exposure to burn pits in the Middle East caused his brain cancer. It is tragic enough for a son, father, and husband to die in his 40's from an awful illness, but we do not see why Joe Biden continues claim Beau died, or was killed, in Iraq.
