William Nicholas, 90, of Greenville, passed away Saturday, Dec. 3, 2016 at The Laurels of Blanchester following a brief illness.
He was born May 27, 1926.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Rutlege and Lela Nicholas; a sister, Imogene Engel; brothers Carl “Red” Nicholas and Alvin Nicholas.
William is survived by his sister, Pauline Curtner; many nieces and nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews; great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews; one great-great-great-niece; one great-great-great-nephew; good friends and neighbors, Jim and Fran; best friends, Derek, Kim, and Naomi of Florida; and numerous other family and friends.
Funeral services will be noon Tuesday, Dec. 6 at Kreitzer Funeral Home, 204 N. Main St., Arcanum, Ohio 45304. Visitation will be 11 a.m.-noon at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in William’s name to the charity of your choice.
