Whitney Nicole Greene, 16, of Greenfield, passed away Saturday, March 20, 2021 at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus.
She was born Nov. 29, 2004 in Chillicothe, the daughter of Matthew Greene and Christy (CJ) Henderson.
Whitney was a student at Edward Lee McClain High School, member of the FFA and an art fanatic.
She is survived by her parents; one sister, Lindsey (Donald) Imperati; two brothers, Joseph Woods and Matthew Greene, Jr.; maternal grandmother Sherry Kazee; paternal grandmother, Louella Greene; aunts and uncles, Mike Greene (Tracey Troxell), Shawn Greene (April), Dustina (Dustin) Davis, Melissa Daugherty (Donald Pryor), Ashley Henderson, Amber (Kevin) Matthews, Melinda (Steven) Cooke and Jon Henderson; and numerous cousins and special friends.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Dusty Henderson; and paternal grandfather, Michael Greene.
Funeral service will be Saturday, March 27 at 1 p.m. at Murray-Fettro Funeral Home in Greenfield with Rev. Wayne Combs officiating. Burial will follow at the Greenfield Cemetery.
Visitation will be Saturday from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
