Timi Lee Brown, 61, of Hillsboro, passed away Thursday, March 17, 2022.
Timi was born Feb. 22, 1961 in Fayette County, the daughter of the late Raymond and Charlotte Darr Brown.
She was a member of the Bible Baptist Church of Hillsboro, where she enjoyed working in the nursery. She was a graduate of Clinton-Massie High School, and a graduate of Southern State Community College, where she received an associate degree in accounting. She also tutored accounting.
She was a former member of the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority in Wilmington. Timi and a friend started the Diabetes Support Group, which met at the YMCA in Hillsboro.
Timi is survived by her brother, Danny and Sandy Mongold of Gahanna; aunt, Dolores Sandy of Cynthiana, Ky.; many nieces, nephews and cousins; and a host of friends.
Funeral services will be Saturday, March 26, 2022 at 11 a.m. at the Bible Baptist Church in Hillsboro. Dr. Dan Lamb will be officiating. Burial will follow at Prospect Cemetery.
Visitation will be Saturday March 26, 2022 from 10 a.m. until time of service at the Bible Baptist Church in Hillsboro.
