Sunnie B. Eastridge, 91, of Hillsboro, passed away Sunday, Aug. 29, 2021.
She was born in Raleigh, W.Va. on Aug. 14, 1930, the daughter of the late James and Margaret (Wooten) Nolan.
Sunnie was a member of the New Vienna Church of Christ, Hillsboro Chapter #441 O.E.S and Past Worthy Matron of New Vienna Chapter #327 O.E.S.
Sunnie is survived by her sons, Charles R. (Cori) Eastridge of Hamersville and Eldon "Bud" (Gretchen) Eastridge, Jr. of Black Mountain, N.C.; seven grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Besides her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Eldon Eastridge, Sr., on Jan. 23, 2018; son, James Lee Eastridge; sisters, Virginia Pierson and Bernice Smith; and brothers, Charles Nolan and James Nolan.
Graveside services will be Wednesday, Sept. 1 at 11 a.m. at the New Antioch Cemetery at 1087 Antioch Road in Wilmington.
