Sandra Sue Schroeder

Sandra Sue Schroeder, 86, from the Marshall community, peacefully passed away Thursday, Nov. 14, 2024.  

She was born Oct. 31, 1938 in Hillsboro.

She dedicated much of her life to caring for her household and family alongside her spouse, Robert Schroeder.

Throughout her years, Sandra found solace in her faith, regularly attending the Marshall United Methodist Church. She cherished her time with her loved ones, always putting family first and creating lasting memories with those nearest and dearest to her heart.

As her loved ones mourn her passing, they also celebrate the life she lived and the impact she made on those around her. Sandra's warm smile and kind spirit will always be remembered by those who knew and loved her. Sandra leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion that will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her. May she rest in peace, knowing she was cherished and adored by many.

Besides her husband, she is also survived by her children, Rob and Dena Schroeder of Lebanon and Debbie and Rex Dell of Wilmington; grandchildren, Jansen (Jenifer) Dell, Stephanie (Jake) Armstrong, Garrett (Melany) Dell and Kasey (Chase) Schroeder; and five great grandchildren, Reagan, Owen, Cameron, Sydney and Lane.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Mildred (Patton) Uhrig.

Visitation will be Sunday, Nov. 17, 2024 from 1-2 p.m. at the Thompson Funeral Home. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
