Ruth A. (Wisecup) Trego, 84, of Greenfield, passed away on Sunday, Nov. 27, 2016 at Edgewood Manor of Greenfield.

She was born on Sept. 16, 1932 in Clark County, the daughter of Edward L. and Gladys M. (Beechler) Wisecup.

She was a member of the Greenfield Church of Christ and was a bank teller at Merchants National Bank in Greenfield and later at National City Bank in Washington C.H.

She is survived by one daughter, Sharon (Greg) Bause of Warsaw, Ind.; six grandchildren, Michelle (Erik) Mast, Brian (Becky) Bause, Brandi (Nathan) Stanley, Amber (Mike) Hollis, Josh Calhoun and Sam Calhoun; six great-grandchildren; four brothers, Claude (Vivian) Wisecup of Chillicothe, Donald (Sandra) Wisecup of Murray, Ky., Wayne (Kathy) Wisecup of Frankfort and Carl (Lana) Wisecup of Greenfield; numerous nieces and nephews; and two daughters-in-law, Catherine Trego of Greenfield and Barb Ash of Hillsboro.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles W. Trego, on Oct. 18, 1987; two sons, Robert and Alan Trego; three brothers, Edward J., Kenneth L. and Clifford Wisecup; and both parents.

Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 1 at the Murray-Fettro Funeral Home in Greenfield with Pastors Danny Dodds and Jay Fabin officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenfield Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
