Robert D. “Bobby” Willey, 74, of Hillsboro, passed away Monday, Jan. 14, 2019 at his home.

He was born July 1, 1944 in Mount Orab, the son of Mirl Edward Willey and Wanda Lucille (Hancock) Willey.

He was a retired truck driver.

Mr. Willey is survived by four children, Kevin Willey of Old Hickory, Tenn., Kenny Willey of Woodbury, Tenn., Khris (Angie) Willey of Smyrna, Tenn., and Kelly (Harvey) Rucker of Crestview, Fla.; six grandchildren, Devin, Olivia, Trenon, Konner, Kole and Kody; siblings, Carl, Johnny, Dennis, Dale, Sue Ann, Donald, Walter, Ethel, Art, Barbara, Patty and Jeffery; special uncles, Owen (Angie) Willey and William “Mousie” (Brenda) Willey; and special cousins, Scott, Paula, Shawn and Aaron.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Donna Willey; his father, Mirl Edward Willey; his mother, Wanda Lucille Willey Kelch; and a sister, Judy Mae Gibson.

In keeping with his wishes, Bobby was cremated. A celebration of his life will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 19 at the Ponderosa Banquet Center in Hillsboro.
