Raymond W. Howard, 58 of Hillsboro, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at his home.
He was born Oct. 25, 1959 in Dayton, the son of the late Alex Wesley and Laura (Reffitt) Howard.
Raymond was a loving husband, father and grandfather, and was very proud of driving for Chris Hopkins. He was a jokester who loved making people laugh.
On May 1, 2009 in Hillsboro, he married Kimberly (Smith) Howard, who survives. He is also survived by six children, Michael Carson-Howard of Hillsboro, Jeremy Carson-Howard of Owensville, Holly Carson-Howard of Bainbridge, Dawn M. Talbott of Hillsboro, Jan M. Talbott of Midland and Tyler M. Talbott of Hillsboro; 11 grandchildren, Dimtri, Declan, Elizabeth, Sierra, Bailey, Trey, Keyrra, Jayda Jo, Keegan, Kaylee and Aubrey; a sister, Bobbi Jean Howard of Hillsboro; two brothers, Sherman (Sheila) Howard of Kettering and Danny (Christina) Howard of Hillsboro; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Gary R. and Twila Smith of Hillsboro; several nieces and nephews; and his canine friend, Desi.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Damian Wayne Wilson-Howard; and a granddaughter, Talia Carson.
Services for Raymond will be private at the convenience of the family.
There will be no public visitation.
