Peggylee Harriett Stodgel, 71, of Rainsboro, passed away peacefully Jan. 24, 2017 with family and friends by her side.
Peggy was born May 31, 1945 in New Vienna, the daughter of Kenneth and Helen Crone Murphy.
In addition to her parents, Peggy was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Stodgel; nephew, Alan Mitcheal Shipe; and grandson Aaron White.
She is survived by her husband, John Stills; children, Kenneth (Kim) Sturgeon, Sharon (Darrell) Holbrook, Robert (Olivia) Sturgeon, Pam and Patty; grandchildren Kassie, Katrina, Corrie, Isaac (Cory), Ciara, Annissa, Steven, Sabrina, Robert, Ben (Christine), Emily (Eric), Erin (Dusty) and Andie (Ryan); and great-grandchildren LaWayne, JaHari, Jenna, Isaac, Natalyn, Aiden, Elliott, Ezra, Ean, Marnie, Calvin, Addie, Rooker and Ryker.
Per Peggy’s wishes, caring cremation has taken place. A celebration of her life will be held at 11 a.m. on Feb. 18, 2017 at Rainsboro United Methodist Church, where she had been a member.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to the American Heart Association/Go Red For Women, 5455 North High St., Columbus, Ohio.
