Patricia L. Smith, 58, of New Vienna, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 6, 2021 at the Clinton Memorial Hospital in Wilmington due to COVID-19.
She was born March 15, 1963 in Wilmington, the daughter of the late Stanley Edward and Rita (Carpenter) Kellermann.
On Dec. 2, 1983, she married Timothy C. Smith, who survives. Patty had worked for the American Tool and PC Connections.
In addition to her beloved husband, other surviving family members are her daughter, Ashley Smith Sollars of Washington Court House; son, Austin C. Smith of Waverly; brothers and sisters, Mike (Marsha) Kellermann of Leesburg, Dave (Ginny) Kellermann of Georgetown, Tom Kellermann, Blanchester, Joyce Gray, Blanchester, Ed Kellermann of Hillsboro, Sylvia (Dwayne) Cartwright of Williamsburg and Gloria (Bud) Penwell of Lynchburg; father-in-law, Will C. Smith of Martinsville; and a number of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Patty was preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Barbara Jo Smith.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, Oct. 9, 2021 at 2 p.m. at the Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, 97 West Locust Street at North Mulberry Street, Wilmington, with Pastor Jonathan Beck officiating. Friends will be received Saturday from Noon until the time of services at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home.
