Patricia Ann Harp, 80, of Hillsboro, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2022 at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus.
She was born Sept. 16, 1941 in Amelia, the daughter of the late Clifford H. and Mary (Cochran) Hoggatt.
She was a member of Allensburg Church of Christ, where she was the organist, a volunteer for Clinton Memorial Hospital and an adviser for Roush Tax Service.
She is survived by three sons, Mark (Lora) Harp of Kings Mills, Michael (Pam) Harp of Marshall and Matthew (Helen) Harp of Hillsboro; five grandchildren, Darren, Kaleb, Kirsten and Kyle Harp and Kevin Young; siblings, Marlene (Joel) Wolf and Judy Bennett, both of California, Carolyn (Ron) Inlow of Hillsboro and Phillip Hoggatt and Doug Hoggatt, both of Hillsboro; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Lee Harp, on Nov. 21, 2021; one brother, Norris Hoggatt; two sisters, Sherry Comis and Janis McCune; and one brother-in-law, John Bennett.
Funeral service will be Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2022 at 1 p.m. at the Allensburg Church of Christ with Bob Stevens officiating. Burial will follow in the Troutwine Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until time of the service on Tuesday at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tenn. 38105.
