Pamela A. Gulley Kiser, 75, of Hillsboro, passed away Friday, Sept. 6, 2024.

Pam was born Jan. 19, 1949 in Highland County, the daughter of the late William Case and Betty Jean (Moore) Dick.

She is survived by two sons, Earl Gulley of Hillsboro and Kenneth (Trang) Gulley of Venice, Fla.; four grandchildren, Eric (Rachel) Gulley, Rachael (Alex) Fannin, Jennifer Gulley and Jeremy Gulley; four great-grandchildren, Dax, Lilly and Theo Gulley and Cecelia Fannin; a brother, Keith Dick of Hillsboro; a sister, Deanna Hike of Greenfield; stepfather, Larry Dick of Hillsboro; nieces, nephews and cousins; and a host of friends.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter-in-law, Jody Gulley.

Graveside service will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 28 in the Dunkard Ridge Cemetery.
