Misty Nicole Bray, 41, of Williamsburg, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, Jan. 8, 2022.
She was born April 21, 1980 in Wilmington, the daughter of John Stephen and Tammy Kaye (Mullins) Kratzer.
She is survived by her husband, Jerry Bray, whom she married Oct. 15, 2005 in Westboro; her mother and stepfather, Tammy and Bill Needham of Midland; four children, Taylor (Jake) Osborne of Westboro, Payton Phillips of Midland and Jackson Bray and Judson Bray, both at home; a granddaughter, Charlotte Osborne; her parents-in-law, Jerry Sr. and Wilma Bray; a brother, Brian Kratzer, and a sister, Jillyn (Carson) George, both of Sidney; and nieces and nephews, Brayden Siler, Serenity Siler, Layla Leah, Tharren Kratzer, Rebecca Kratzer, Makenzie Kratzer and Chelcia Criss.
She was preceded in death by her father, John Stephen “Steve” Kratzer.
A funeral service will be held Thursday, Jan. 13, 2022 at 1 p.m. at the Davis-Turner Funeral Home in Lynchburg. Pastor Steve Bell will officiate. Burial will follow in the Westboro Cemetery. Friends may call from 11 a.m. until the time of the service at 1 p.m. on Thursday.
