Mary Louise Haley

Mary Louise Haley, 85, of Cincinnati, passed away Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at her residence.

She was born Nov. 28, 1937, in Greenfield, a daughter of the late Starley P. and Marjorie Harris Rickman.

Mary was a graduate of the Edward Lee McClain High School. In addition to being a loving and devoted mother, she was a beautician, having owned her own beauty shop. She was also a research cosmetologist with the Andrew Jergens Company, Procter and Gamble and Mabley and Carew in Cincinnati. Mary kept busy after retirement working as activities personnel and hairdresser at Communicare of Clifton.

She is survived by two daughters, Kim Haley and Melanie H. Read, both of Cincinnati; three grandchildren, Quinn Kelly Read, Meredith L. Read and Claudia J. Read; one sister, Debra Rickman of Reynoldsburg; a niece, Aundrea Davis; and one aunt, Carol Bryant of Frankfort.

Mary was preceded in death by her son, Donald Miles; Haley and her grandfather, Jasper David Rickman.

A graveside service will be held Monday, April 3, 2023 at 11 a.m. at the Greenfield Cemetery with Rev. Kathy Englehardt officiating. Mary's wish to be laid to rest with her parents and her grandfather will be done following the service. The Anderson-Ebright Funeral Home, Greenfield is serving the family.
