Marva Ann Fields, 68, of Hillsboro, died Thursday morning March 30, 2017 at the Ohio State University Wexner Center in Columbus, surrounded by her family.
She was born Sept. 21, 1948 in Hillsboro, the daughter of the late Felix and Grace I. Robinson Fields Sr.
Marva’s joys in life were crocheting and traveling.
She is survived by seven siblings, Felix Fields Jr. of Columbus, Dana Andrew Fields of Hillsboro, Vickie Lynn (Anthony) Paris of Sacramento, Calif., Cynthia Jean (Mark Sr.) Davis of Wilmington, Doris Marie Fields of Hillsboro, Lois Mae (John) Caldwell of Hillsboro and Sharon Denise Fields of Hillsboro; four nieces, Myra Fields and Sylvia Jackson of Columbus, Annette Fields of Hillsboro and Crystal Davis of Wilmington; two nephews, Felix Fields III of Columbus and Mark Davis Jr. of Lebanon; 11 great-nieces; seven great-nephews; one aunt, Helen Robinson of Columbus; several cousins; and a host of friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Carol Louise Fields.
Services will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, April 6 at the Turner & Son Funeral Home. Pastor Patty Burns will officiate. Burial will follow in the Resthaven Memory Gardens. Friends may call on Thursday from 11 a.m. until time of services at 1 p.m. at the Turner & Son Funeral Home.
