Marguerite G. “Margie” Kosegi, 80, of Hillsboro, passed away peacefully Saturday afternoon, Nov. 19, 2016.
She was born April 5, 1936, in Fairmont, W.Va., the daughter of the late Kenneth and Leona Katherine (Myers) Jones.
She attended church at the Hillsboro House of Deliverance and was a West Virginia Mountaineer fan. She had retired from Peebles after 15 years of service. No one was a stranger to Margie, as she loved and was loved by so many wonderful friends and people around her.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Kosegi.
Margie is survived by two sons, James (Cathy) Kosegi of Hillsboro and Michael (Charlene) Kosegi of Mason. She was the loving grandmother of Jason (Amanda) Bledsoe and Travis (Kimberly) Bledsoe, Michael Kosegi Jr. and Skylar Kosegi; loving great-grandmother of Bryce, Blaine, Austin, Bryanna and Peighton Bledsoe; dear sister of Kenneth “Bud” Jones of Fairmont, W.Va.; and loved by many special nieces and nephews.
Visitation will take place on Friday, Nov. 25, 2016 from 5-7 p.m. at the Turner & Son Funeral Home in Hillsboro. A memorial service will follow visitation promptly at 7 p.m. Burial will take place at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 26, 2016 at the Germantown Cemetery, 11179 West Market Street.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Highland County Humane Society, P.O. Box 471, Hillsboro, Ohio 45133, or the charity of the donor’s choice.
