Lowell “Tom” Montgomery, 81, of Bainbridge, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2022.
He was born Jan. 2, 1941 in Salyersville, Ky., the son of the late Roman and Lola (Mann) Montgomery.
Tom worked at Airborne and Hillsboro Manufacturing for many years, loved music and animals and had a loving heart.
Tom is survived by his wife, Martha “Pauline” Montgomery; daughter, Tammy Bowling; stepsons, Doug (Kathy) McElwee and Don (Karen) McElwee Jr.; 18 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; brothers, Harold Montgomery and Rick (Tammy) Montgomery; and sisters, Joyce (Joe) Ferneau and Jeanie Neff.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandson, Donald Bowling; twin sisters, Estell and Mondell; brother, Kenny Montgomery; stepson, John McElwee; and brother-in-law, Roger Neff.
Funeral services will be Saturday, Feb. 12, 2022 at 1 p.m. at the Wylie-Thompson Funeral Home in Sinking Spring. Burial will follow at New Fain Cemetery.
