Louise Sprinkle, 93, of Hillsboro died Sunday, June 21, 2015 at Highland District Hospital.

She was born Aug. 26, 1921 in Highland County, the daughter of the late Leroy and Georgia Bell Fenner.

Mrs. Sprinkle had graduated from Hillsboro High School and the Columbus Office Training School and served as office manager for Congressman William Harsha for several years.

She was a member of the Hillsboro Church of Christ since 1930, had been a 4-H adviser for 14 years, had taught primary church worship and taught Wee Worship for 14 years. She was a member of the Hillsboro Women’s Club, the Hillsboro Garden Club, the Republican Women and had been inducted into the Highland County Women’s Hall of Fame in 2010.

She is survived by three children, Nancy Baldwin and her husband, Charles of Greenfield, Dr. Jean Cavallo and her husband, Joseph of Grafton, Mass., and Annette Cockerill and her husband, Bryan of Hillsboro; seven grandchildren, Tonya Magee and her husband, Eric, Mark Baldwin and his wife, Amy, Dr. Elizabeth Cockerill and her husband, Chauncey Creachbaum, David Cockerill, Christopher Cavallo, Kelly Cavallo and Ethan Cockerill; five great-grandchildren, Kamryn Magee, Peyton Magee, Brooklyn Baldwin, Aubrey Baldwin and Kaylin Creachbaum; and one sister-in-law, Becky Fenner of Columbus.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Howard E. Sprinkle on July 12, 2009; one son, David L. Sprinkle; and two brothers, Charles and Dwight D. Fenner; one sister, Ella Carlson; and a dear special friend, Rodney Kellis.

Services will be 3 p.m. Thursday, June 25 at the Hillsboro Church of Christ Chapel. John Porter will officiate. Burial will follow in the Hillsboro Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 1-3 p.m. at the Hillsboro Church of Christ Chapel.

Memorials may be made to the Hillsboro Church of Christ, 155 West Walnut St. Hillsboro, Ohio 45133.
