He was born Sept. 7, 1942 in Hillsboro.
Larry worked 31 years as a truck driver in Dayton and Columbus. He retired and went to work “full steam ahead” for the Lord at Pleasant View Baptist Church in Grove City.
He is survived by his wife, Judy Henry Watson; four children; three stepchildren; 19 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and sister, Darlene Kendrid.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Mildred Watson.
Visitation will be held Monday, Oct. 19, 2020 from 1 p.m. until time of funeral service at 3 p.m. at the Pleasant View Baptist Church, 2525 Gantz Road, Grove City 43123. An additional funeral service will be held Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2020 at 11 a.m. at Samantha Free Will Baptist Church, 10211 OH-72, Leesburg 45135. Interment will follow at Hillsboro Cemetery.
