Larry E. Clifton

Larry E. Clifton, 80, of Hillsboro, passed away Thursday, March 23, 2023.

He was born Jan. 25, 1943 in Springfield, the son of the late Edward and Mary (Geis) Clifton.

Larry served in the United States Army and was a lifelong farmer.

Larry is survived by his wife of 57 years, Cecelia (Pitstick) Clifton; brother, Roger (Priscilla) Clifton of South Charleston; sister, Barb (Gene) Pitstick of Springfield; his dog, Odin; several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.

Besides his parents, he is also preceded by his grandparents and baby brother, Jerry Clifton.

On behalf of Larry's wishes, he is to be cremated, and services are pending at this time.

Thompson Funeral Home has the honor of serving the family.
