Larry B. McGuire, 76, of Hillsboro, passed away Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at Highland District Hospital.
He was born July 2, 1946, in Gallipolis, the son of the late John B. and Ethel Mildred (Harrison) McGuire.
He was retired from Steel Craft Manufacturing after 35 years of service.
He is survived by his children, Kenny (Shawna) McGuire and Jesse McGuire, both of Lynchburg, and Larry Keith (April) McGuire and Brenda (Mike) Brown, both of Hillsboro; grandchildren, Abigail, Breanne, Ashley and Cheyanne McGuire and Rachel Riggan, Crystal and Jessica Zimmerman; great-granddaughter, Autumn Riggan; brothers, Robert (Rhonda) McGuire, Gary McGuire and Timmy (Cheryl) McGuire, all of Gallipolis, and Johnnie (Mary) McGuire of Patriot; and sisters, Betty (David) Boggs, Deborah Bloomer and Donna Sheets, all of Gallipolis and Tammy (Garland) Van Sickle of Winfield, W.Va.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Francis Saunders, Louise Meyers, Christine McGuire and Roger McGuire.
Funeral service will be Saturday, July 23, 2022 at 1 p.m. at the Turner & Son Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Pastor Mike Brown will officiate. Burial will follow in the Barker Cemetery in Pricetown. Family will receive friends Saturday from 11 a.m. until time of the service at the funeral home.
