Kristal R. Duncan, 57, of Mowrystown, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at the UC Medical Center in Cincinnati. 
 
She was born July 16, 1965 in Logan, the daughter of Larry Blair Sr. and Celia Brewer Blair.
 
Along with her husband, she owned and operated Duncan's Small Engine Repair and created and established Randy’s Engine Repair, which has become a worldwide business. She had also been a very successful manager of several Dominos Pizza locations in southeast Ohio. Kristal was an avid pool player, having competed in several tournaments with her family.
 
Surviving are her husband, Randy Duncan, whom she married June 1, 2006; two sons, Josh Frazier and Scott Frazier; daughter, Brittany Elaine Duncan; three grandsons, Kayde, Karsyn and Koltyn; her mother, Celia Brewer Blair; brother, Larry (Lanette) Blair; and several nieces and nephews.
 
Kristal was preceded in death by her father, Larry Blair Sr.
 
Services will be held Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at 3 p.m. at Rhoads-Edgington Funeral Home, Hillsboro, with Tony Gulley officiating.
 
Friends will be received Tuesday, April 11, 2023 from 1-3 p.m. at Rhoads-Edgington Funeral Home, Hillsboro.
