Kimberly Anne Boyer
Kimberly Anne Boyer, 56 of Hillsboro, passed away Saturday, July 18, 2026.
She was born Nov. 30, 1969, in Dayton, the daughter of Darryl and Beverly Jane (Dalton) Cox of Hillsboro.
Kim was the real estate broker and owner of Boyer Territory – A Real Estate Company, since 2015. She was a long-standing member of the Highland County Chamber of Commerce and was the former president, vice president and board member of the Highland County Board of Realtors, and a member of Grow Highland County. She received numerous awards from the National Association of Realtors and the Southern Ohio Association of Realtors. She was certified as a Military Relocation Professional through the National Association of Realtors for assisting military families in finding homes.
A woman of deep faith, Kim officiated numerous weddings and funerals and prayed over countless people over the years. She was a very caring and inspirational woman, known for her compassion, generosity, wisdom, and willingness to help anyone in need. Many affectionately knew her as “The Finder” for her uncanny ability to locate what people thought they had lost forever. She was also instrumental in securing the location for Food for All mobile pantry at Greater Life Assembly.
She was many things to many people, but above all she was a devoted mother who fiercely loved her three daughters and grandsons. She even published a children’s book inspired by that love called “The Three Chicks.”
Kim loved riding her motorcycles, helping her community and bringing people together. Her kindness, faith and generosity touched countless lives. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved her.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her daughters, Kelsey (Jason) Fox of New Vienna, Keisha (Brandon) Crago-Nicely of Williamsburg, Zeta Boyer of Hillsboro and bonus daughter Alexandra Crago of Richmond, Ky.; three grandsons, Zayden, Trenton and Landry Fox; a brother, Christopher Cox of Hillsboro; as well as numerous nieces, extended family members and many friends.
She was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Harold and Ruby Dalton; and paternal grandparents, Raymond and Ruth Cox.
Visitation for Kim will be 2-5 p.m. Monday, July 27 at The Ivory Grande, 120 Ivory Lane Hillsboro. Following the visitation, her daughters invite you to a remembrance ceremony, where stories and memories can be shared.
Her funeral service, also at The Ivory Grande, will begin at 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 28. Bud Gallimore and Kraig Walker will officiate. Burial will follow in the Sugar Tree Ridge Cemetery.
