June A. Hacker, 88, of Sardinia, passed away early Wednesday morning, June 14, 2017 at Hospice of Southwest Ohio in Cincinnati.
 
She was born Oct. 3, 1928 in Clay County, Ky., the daughter of the late Steve Greer and Anna Cupp Greer.
 
June was a member of Sardinia United Methodist Church and the Russellville Order of Eastern Star.
 
Surviving are her husband, Owen Hacker, whom she married on May 14, 1949; son, John Hacker of Sardinia; daughter, Gail (John) Carraher of Mowrystown; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; brother, Glenn Greer of Phoenix, Ariz.; sister, Pauline Caudill of Madeira; and a brother, Donald Greer of West Chester.
 
In addition to her parents, June was preceded in death by a brother, Eugene Greer; and a sister, Marion Bartlett.
 
Services will be held at Sardinia United Methodist Church, 110 Graham St., Sardinia, Ohio 45171, Monday, June 19, 2017 at noon. Interment will follow in the Sardinia Cemetery.
 
Friends will be received at the church on Monday from 10 a.m. until the time of the services.

Edgington Funeral Home, Mowrystown is serving the family.
