Judy M. Bowman, 69, of Wilmington, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 10, 2017 at Life Care Hospital of Dayton in Miamisburg.
She was born Feb. 7, 1948 in Hamilton, the daughter of Charles E. Rowe and Martha A. Epp Rowe.
She is survived by her husband, David W. Bowman of Wilmington, whom she married Oct. 17, 1969; daughter, Lori M. Neu of Wilmington; two sons, David C. (Carla) Bowman of Clarksville and John M. (Brenda) Bowman of Martinsville; her mother, Martha A. Epp Rowe of Ross; eight grandchildren, Kyra, Kole, Kade, Talon, Quinten, Alexis, Ty and Gracie; three brothers, Gary Rowe, John Rowe and David Rowe, and her sister, Patsy Patterson.
Judy was preceded in death by her father, Charles E. Rowe.
Services will be held at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, 97 W. Locust St. Wilmington, Friday, Oct. 13, 2017 at 2 p.m. with Deacon Robert Baker officiating. Interment will follow in the New Antioch Cemetery in New Antioch, Ohio.
Friends will be received at the funeral home Friday from 1 p.m. until the time of the services.
